Our studio has professional lamination and baking equipment, dedicated spaces for experiments, and can accommodate diverse requirements.
During classes, we give students ample opportunity to independently experiment, allowing for trial and error. We guide them in troubleshooting and help them identify the underlying causes and solutions.
With our well-designed SOPs and interactive teaching methods, students become skilled in baking and develop an appreciation for the art, empowering them to express their creativity through unique products.

The Founder - Oldman Teh

Oldman Teh, a self-taught baker and former hairstylist, honed his skills in laminated doughs and Viennoiserie with the help of award-winning pastry chef Peter Yuen in Chicago.

His expertise led him to open Touche Bakery in Kuala Lumpur and founded The Bakers Workshop, providing courses for bakers in Malaysia and neighboring regions. Moreover, he offers consulting and one-on-one training for aspiring bakery owners and entrepreneurs.
