  1. General Information
  • These terms govern your use of our website and any workshop bookings made through it.
  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
  1. Workshops

Online Workshops

  • Non-Refundable: All payments for online workshops are strictly non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is not allowed for online workshops.

Offline Workshops (In-Person)

  • Non-Refundable: Payments for offline (in-person) workshops are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling Policy:
    • You may reschedule your offline workshop booking within 7 days of the workshop start date.
    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested via email (mtehchezz@gmail.com) or phone (+60 18-210 9455).
  1. Booking and Payment
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Billplz. We do not store your payment details.
  • Booking Confirmation: Your workshop spot is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
  1. No-Show Policy
  • Online Workshops: Failure to attend an online workshop will result in forfeiture of the booking, with no refunds or rescheduling allowed.
  • Offline Workshops: Failure to attend an offline workshop without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the booking, with no refunds or rescheduling allowed.
  1. User Responsibilities
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Conduct: Participants must adhere to the guidelines provided during workshops and act respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants.
  1. Liability
  • Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own safety during workshops. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the workshop.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops, with notice provided to participants.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your personal data.
