At The Bakers Workshop, we aim to provide a valuable and enjoyable learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

  1. Workshop Bookings

Online Workshops

  • Non-Refundable: All payments for online workshops are strictly non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is not allowed for online workshops.

Offline Workshops (In-Person)

  • Non-Refundable: Payments for offline (in-person) workshops are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling Policy:
    • You may reschedule your booking within 7 days of the workshop start date, subject to availability.
    • Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to mtehchezz@gmail.com or by phone at +60 18-210 9455.
  1. No-Show Policy
  • Online Workshops: If you fail to attend an online workshop, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
  • Offline Workshops: If you fail to attend an offline workshop without prior notice, the booking will be forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
  1. Exceptional Circumstances
  • In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may, at our discretion, allow partial rescheduling for offline workshops only. Supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) may be required.
  1. Payment Processing Fees
  • Any payment processing fees charged by the payment gateway Billplz may be non-refundable.
